I stop the current feature development of toendaCMS. It’s late but not to late. This means that we do not implement any features. We only searching for bug’s and fix it, clean the code and optimize it.
Sometime i take a look at WordPress and i wondering why the WP engine is so slow. They have a small database and not too many relations. I read the code and found many slow SQL command’s (read this for more information).
After reading the article and some lines from WP’s source code i ask me: is it also in toendaCMS’s sourcecode?
I check some of the SQL command’s and found 4 of 10 command’s who make the engine slower as it can be.
In the next week’s i must remove this speed lag and optimize the ground base of toendaCMS’s kernel.

After the CVS server change at the enlightenment project, i have updated my installer script with the new CVS login data.

After some weeks of testing, bug searching and bug fixing i have finally finished the next beta-phase and in a few days i’m ready for a third beta of toendaCMS.
postgreSQL, MySQL and XML installer are finished very well and create the correct data. The bugs with the MySQL database installer are complete fixed, the languages for the installer finished and postgreSQL is again supported in this release.
Currently i’m optimizing the code base, improve a little bit the engine speed and clean the package up. Some work is do to on the XML database and the postgreSQL.
This is all what i have to say … more after the release.
I’ve updated the toendaCMS forum layout and added some improvments. We have now a cleaner theme and a complete Toenda Software Development Layout. I hope it’s now better and a basis for all other Toenda sites.
Everyone can read it in the forum … the second beta has some (*g*) very bad bugs. And the only word i can speak is … i’m working on it. Please remember – the current package is a BETA SOFTWARE and only for testing purposes.
I have this time many to do. Many Work on toendaCMS and on my new project the game engine and browsergame “Deadline – Working Title” (Dystopie). But toendaCMS is the main thing i’m working on …
